摘 要
设计了4种不同镍含量的试验钢,对试验钢的微观结构、力学性能、腐蚀性能、锈层结构信息进行了表征。组织分析表明,3.00%Ni(质量分数,下同)钢中,组织主要由准多边形铁素体、针状铁素体和粒状贝氏体组成,当Ni降低至0.25%时,基体中有珠光体组织。力学性能测试结果表明:较高的Ni含量可以有效地改善钢材的综合力学性能。腐蚀研究表明,增加钢中Ni含量时,可以促进亚稳态的γ-FeOOH向稳定α-FeOOH转变,稳定相非常致密,对基体有很好的保护作用,提升了钢的耐蚀性能。Ni含量提升至更高时(3.00%Ni),在海洋飞溅区模拟工况下有良好的耐蚀性,可以作为海洋盐碱滩涂区用钢的优选方案。
Abstract
The microstructure, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and rust layer structure of the test steel were characterized by designing four different nickel contents. Microstructure analysis reveals that the microstructure of 3.0 wt% Ni steel primarily consists of quasi-polygonal ferrite, acicular ferrite, and granular bainite. When the nickel content is reduced to 0.25 wt%, pearlite microstructure emerges with in the matrix. Mechanical testing indicates that a higher nickel content effectively enhances the comprehensive mechanical properties of steel. Corrosion tests demonstrate that increasing the nickel content facilitates the formation of dense and stable α-FeOOH, which offers excellent protection to the matrix and improves the steel's corrosion resistance. When the nickel content is further increased to 3.0 wt%, the steel exhibits good corrosion resistance under splash zone simulation and can be considered a preferred solution for marine saline-alkali shoal areas.
