通过等离子喷涂技术在Q235钢表面制备了不同氧化铝(Al2O3)摩尔比(62.5%和70%)的氧化钇-氧化铝(Y2O3-Al2O3)复合涂层,并研究了不同Al2O3含量对涂层微观结构与力学性能的影响。结果表明,当Al2O3摩尔比为70%时,制备的Y2O3-Al2O3复合涂层表现出致密的微观结构、低孔隙率(1.65%)和高的结合强度(53 MPa)。随着Al2O3含量的降低(摩尔比为62.5%),涂层的孔隙率增加(2.10%),结合强度显著降低(41 MPa)。综合分析实验结果得出,Al2O3摩尔比为70%的复合涂层展现出更优异的力学性能,Al2O3与Y2O3的比例对涂层力学性能具有显著调控作用,为优化Y2O3-Al2O3复合涂层的制备工艺提供理论依据。

 

Abstract

Yttrium oxide-alumina (Y2O3-Al2O3) composite coatings with different alumina (Al2O3) molar ratios (62.5% and 70%) were prepared on the surface of Q235 steel using plasma spraying technique, and the influence of Al2O3 content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the coatings was investigated. The results show that the prepared Y2O3-Al2O3 composite coatings exhibited dense microstructure, low porosity (1.65%) and high bond strength (53 MPa) when the Al2O3 molar ratio was 70%. As the Al2O3 content decreased (molar ratio of 62.5%), the porosity of the coating increased (2.10%) and the bond strength decreased significantly (41 MPa). Comprehensive analysis of the experimental results conclude that the composite coating with a molar ratio of Al2O3 of 70% exhibited superior mechanical properties, and the ratio of Al2O3 to Y2O3 had a significant regulatory effect on the mechanical properties of the coatings, which provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the preparation process of Y2O3-Al2O3 composite coatings.
