围绕绿色维修理念下航空机电零部件再制造循环利用技术展开研究,系统分析了再制造的技术基础、循环利用路径、关键应用案例及未来发展趋势。通过探讨航空机电零部件再制造的技术分类、流程体系,结合多生命周期设计、数字化平台构建及物联网监控技术,揭示了绿色维修与再制造的深度融合机制,旨在为航空业可持续发展提供技术路径参考,推动资源高效循环利用与维修模式创新。面向未来,航空机电零部件再制造将成为航空业实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的核心技术支撑,推动行业向可持续发展模式转型。

 

Abstract

Research on the circular utilization technology of aerospace electromechanical components under the concept of green maintenance has been conducted. This paper systematically analyzed the technical foundation, circular utilization pathways, key application cases, and future development trends of remanufacturing. By exploring the technical classification and process systems of aerospace electromechanical component remanufacturing, combined with multi-life-cycle design, digital platform construction, and internet of things(IoT)monitoring technology, this paper revealed the deep integration mechanism between green maintenance and remanufacturing, which aims to provide technical pathway references for the sustainable development of the aviation industry, promoting efficient resource circulation and maintenance model innovation. Looking ahead, the remanufacturing of aerospace electromechanical components would become a core technological pillar for the aviation industry to achieve the goal of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”, and drive the sector's transition toward a sustainable development model.
